MEH Roll Offs is a service oriented company that provides Roll off services and assistance moving trash / waste material.

  • Only waste / trash material is to be placed in the containers. No hazardous waste. (See below)
  • All fines, penalties, court costs, lawyer fees and liabilities resulting from hazardous waste being loaded in the container will be the responsibility of the customer. All liability will remain with the customer.
  • Do not fill above the top rail of the container. Labor charges for repacking the container will be billed as set below.
  • Rental of Roll Offs will start after 7 days on site. At a rate of $5.00 per day per container.
  • Setting permits are the responsibility of the property owner / contractor. Any fines or extra cost are the responsibility of the property owner / contractor.
  • Property owner / contractor guarantees that the location is sufficient to handle the truck’s access in and out of the property without causing damage or getting stuck. Excess time due to access issues will be billed to the property owner / contractor after one hour. Any towing and or recovery fees also will be billed. The resting location of the container will be able to handle the container’s full weight. The air space above the resting location will be able to handle the height while loading and unloading safely.
  • Property Owner / Contractor assumes all responsibility and liability to the following; above and below ground utilities, building structures, curbs, driveways, fences, flowerbeds, lawns, plant life and tree life, roadways, septic systems, utility poles, walkways, wells.
  • Because of weather, traffic conditions, and acts of God delivery and pick up times cannot be guaranteed

Hazardous Waste List:

Including, but not limited to:

A/C Units with Freon / Oil, Animal Carcasses, Any Flammable items, Appliances with Freon / Oil, Asbestos, Any Liquid Paints, Bio Hazardous items, Batteries, Equipment Containing Fuel or

Oil, Liquids / Chemicals, Pesticides, Propane Tanks, Radioactive items, Tires, TVs, Monitors, Computers, And or any item that a Local, State or Federal Agency classifies as hazardous / toxic.

Labor rates:

General labor is $ 65.00 per hour.

Terms:

Complete payment once the container has been removed and dumped with cash or check.

1 ½% per month services charge on all amounts over 15 days.

Late payment over 90 days will be turned over to a lawyer. All fees resulting from collection will be the responsibility of the property owner.

Acceptance:

The above prices, information, conditions and terms are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to perform the work as described. Payment will be made as outlined above.
